Intern at Training Dept. – Human Resources

1.  General Information
     -    Project: Training Logistic Support & Activities Record 
     -    Department: Human Resources
     -    Supervised by: Training Design & Development Manager
     -    Work Location: Head Office – District 2
     -    Duration: 6 months (13 Jun 2016 – 12 Dec 2016) – full time
     -    No of position: 01

2.   Requirement
      -   University: Major Human Resources Management, Business Administration
      -   Language: Good English skills
      -   Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
      -   Other requirements: Teamwork Spirit, Communication Skills

3.   Internship Assignment: Training Logistic Support & Activities Record 
      -   Prepare training documents (training manuals, hand notes, certificates…)
      -   Arrange training room to ensure all necessary equipment and cantering arrangement as well
      -   Manage training record of employees
      -   Support to translate some training materials as request
      -   Other ad-hoc tasks
